​PremiumCare Pass Policy

PremiumCare Pass offers ride credits, priority booking, and tailored support for individuals and facilities. Enrollment is confirmed after registration and agreement to terms.

Mileage Policy

Each ride includes up to 10 miles per leg. Additional mileage is billed at our standard per-mile rate.

Accessibility Policy

Our services support riders of all mobility levels. Vehicles and drivers are equipped to handle walkers, foldable wheelchairs, and custom needs. We provide added assistance where needed, helping with mobility, entry/exit, or facility coordination at no extra cost, within reasonable limits.

Payment Policy

Once we receive your booking form:

  1. We confirm ride details.

  2. Send a payment request.

  3. After payment, we send final confirmation.

Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled with care and confidentiality. We do not share or sell your information.

HIPAA Compliance

We follow all HIPAA guidelines to safeguard personal health information (PHI). Our team is trained to handle data securely and professionally.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible service issues. All requests must be submitted directly and will be processed within 5–7 business days.
