Our PremiumCare Pass is perfect for individuals and families who need consistent, priority service each week , but we also offer flexible options for one-time rides, assisted wheelchair transport, and facility partnerships. Explore our full range of services below and find the plan that fits your journey.
PremiumCare Pass rides include up to 12 miles per leg, while one-time rides include 10 miles. Any distance beyond the included mileage is billed at our standard per-mile rate which is $2.00 per mile.

For those with recurring appointments like dialysis, therapy, or checkups, the PremiumCare Pass offers a reliable, caring solution. Enjoy set ride times, familiar drivers, and flat monthly pricing so you never have to worry about how or when you’ll get there. It’s care you can count on, every week.

Assisted Wheelchair
For riders who use foldable wheelchairs and can transfer with help, we provide hands-on support and safe, secure transport. From medical visits to personal errands, we handle every ride with patience, dignity, and care. Book with us at least 24 hours before pick-up for smooth service.

Standard Ambulatory
For individuals who walk independently or with light assistance, our ambulatory rides are safe, timely, and handled with care. Whether it’s a doctor’s visit, therapy session, or a quick errand, we make sure you get there comfortably. Book 24 hours ahead for the smoothest ridem, same-day requests welcome when possible.
